Launching a much requested kit: It is finally here!
Micro Nixie 5750 caters for the very common and very pretty 5750, 5783 and many other compatible, virtually identical tubes. We have incorporated all the features of our latest clocks, including XTERNA support, double dot colon neons etc, RGB tube lighting. This listing is for the kit without tubes, as many people have suitable compatible tubes (see below). Or you can select some of the other compatible tubes we have in the tubes section of the website. We have genuine sought-after Burroughs B-5870 tubes as well as generic unbranded tubes (probably made by Burroughs!)

Althuough the tubes are very reliable, eventually a tube may fail. The holes that the tubes are soldered into are very generously sized, so make it as easy as possible to remobve a tube without damaging the PCB


Hex standoffs ARE included. If you buy one of our cases, all hardware is included anyway. If you are making your own case and need some standoffs, we have several sizes here.

Drive Mode
The nixie driver IC is a modern HV5812 High Voltage Driver IC by Supertex. With 20 outputs, it is able to drive the six Nixie Tubes in a very comfortable and low noise 3X2 multiplex. This is a Surface mount part and we supply the kit with the part pre-soldered.


Time Synchronisation Options
A range Auto Synchronisation options are available: GPS, WiFi, or our exciting new XTERNA Wireless Time and Temperature Transmitter, in conjunction with the Xterna Adapter

Power supply not included.
You will need a 500mA 12V DC Power Adapter. It is not included, but you can find the specification here, and if you don't already have one at home or office, we have them for sale.
